		<description>I&#039;m pretty sure the only issue with your light meter is a dead batter. There&#039;s no on off switch for that, and the good news us that they still make the battery that will fit. I picked one up from Right Aid. You will need the battery, unless you have a light meter.</description>

		<description>I just pulled out my K1000 to take to France.  The light meter is not working but I have 3 lenses and am excited to re-familiarize myself with the basics!  I have been using a digital Canon Rebel for so long, I forget a lot of important info.  Am excited to &quot;play&quot; with my manual to re-educate myself... none of my photos ever came out as good as when I was using this camera!</description>
